Yes, it's been quite some time since my last post. But We've been busy here and we have lots to share. Some will have to wait- WE recently shot a story for AZ Society Magazine and the concept is fabulous CANNOT wait to share. Also shot is a Fashion Editorial for Fantastics Magazine, Fashion Editorial for East West Magazine, Ad Campaign for Defy Apparel, Look Book for Designer Joy Li  and many many more- Oh and video work too- crazy cool things going on!

What have you been up to- ? It's Already February 2010 and the year kicks off as busy as expected! Change is in the air and many good things are surfacing.

Recently I did a test photo shoot of a young new model coming on the scene in Arizona, his name is John Kolic. Great kid to work with- only been model for a month or so and the shots were great as you can see below. Not only did I the shots look great but it was the best time I've had shooting in a looonnggg time! Have fun was our modo that day and John brought it!~ I highly recommed working with this young man he will be highly sought after soon enough. Thanks for the great day John Kolic and thanks to Katie Kolesar for styling the shoot. Shouldn't we all hit up the light rail and head down through the National NRA convention to find some city scenery and interesting folk at least once a week? With changing economic climits does anyone out there think that the nature of our business will become more "run and gun"- stay as light as you can on your feet and as light on your budget as possible? Will heavy hitter ad photographers evolve as budgets fall and recoup a bit then fall again throughout 2009 so they can survive? What about the auto industry and how it's effecting the many people that have worked in the photo/ad/commercial for years creating compelling imagery to sell the metal. What are those photographers/indepentent contractors looking to do now? What about all of the journalists that work for the newspapers and have for 10-12 years...... are they on furlow?

Ever get lost trying to find the perfect location for your shoot? I love getting lost and finding crazy new environments that I would have never found. It's starting to get really hot here in Arizona and shooting outside then becomes.....well a little more work than it has to be. I wish it would stay spring time in Arizona all the time! 

got it done. up late though......it's worth it after all The Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt just made history this year by taking the Cardinals to their first ever Super Bowl. Pretty great season for them. Great man and great family- thanks Ken.
